UPVC Valves Technical Data
All our check valves are manufactured to the same dimentions as our valves BVD 10/11/13 and can be removed from the instalation by
unscrewing the union nuts. Our whilst type CVD is a spring loaded check valve. Types FVD are foot valves, ARV is an air release valve.

- 1 Body / Corps
- 2 Flap / Clapet battant
- 3 Cap / Bouchon
- 4 Body O-Ring / Joint de corps
- 5 Flap O-Ring / Joint battant
Installation:
- Install with flanges and PN 10 pipe.
- Do not install the valve at a distance lower than 5xD of the pump out.
- The valve must be installed in vertical horizontal pipework.
- On horizontal pipework the flange hinge must be at the top.
- Ensure the direction of flow is in accordance with the arrowon the valve body.
- Use the centralising screw to ensure the valve is positioned centrally in the flanges.
- WARNING: To ensure the valves work correctly, the stub flanges must be perfectly lined up.
